Translation in English: Dear Mtra. Segura: The object of this letter is to thank you in the name of President Bush and myself for the two sculptures given to us commemorating the tragic events of September 11, 2001. The sculpture symbolism reminds us of the pain and agony not only from the people of the U.S., but the suffering caused to the world through the attacks perpetrated against humanity. Thank you again for your gesture of solidarity to the American people. Sincerely, Jeffrey Davidow Ambassador of U.S.A. in Mexico |
